Here you'll find a short step-by-step guide and tips for every tool. Something unclear or broken? Use “🐞 Report a bug” at the very bottom of every page.

👤 Account & Toolby coins

Many tools work without signing in. For AI features and to save your data across all your devices, you need a free account.

  1. Open Account, enter your email address and click “Send sign-in link”.
  2. Open the link from the email on the same device – that's it, there's no password. (No email? Check your spam folder.)
  3. Every month you get 50 free coins. AI features cost coins; the price is always shown in brackets on the button.
  4. You can get more coins as a bundle or subscription in your account. Purchased coins never expire.
💡 Invite friends with your invitation link (in your account) – you'll both get 300 coins.

🎙️ Live translator German only

  1. At the top, choose 🎧 Understand (“Verstehen”; others speak and you read along) or 🗣️ Speak (“Sprechen”; you speak and the translation is read aloud).
  2. Set the two languages (⇄ swaps them).
  3. Click the microphone button and allow microphone access.
  4. Speak at a normal pace – the translation appears continuously. Press ⏹ to stop.

Fast or Precise?

“Fast” (“Schnell”) is enough for almost all languages and is free. “Precise” (“Präzise”) is more accurate and is recommended for Kazakh and Kyrgyz as spoken languages. For these two languages, click the button again after each sentence to send the recording.

💡 It works best in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Firefox doesn't support speech recognition.

👥 Conversation mode (for two) German only

  1. In the translator, open “👥 Conversation mode” (“Gesprächsmodus”) and place the phone between you – the upper half is upside down for the person opposite you.
  2. Each side chooses their language.
  3. Whoever is speaking taps their own microphone. The translation appears on the other half and is read aloud.
💡 Ideal at the doctor's, at a government office or on holiday. Reading aloud can be switched off in the middle.
